As the lazy days of summer come to a close, the busyness of the Fall season isn’t far behind. That means almost no blank dates on the calendar. You’ve probably noticed this already!

Every night when you finally make it home from work, you have to head right back out for an event, rehearsal, practice, or errands. There is no time to cook dinner on top of everything else, and the drive-thru might as well become your new normal.

Life always seems to speed up this time of the year, and if we’re not intentional about dinner time, meal planning can become the first thing we start to neglect. How are you supposed to cook with such a busy schedule?

By simplifying dinner time.

This isn’t the season for gourmet meals and complicated steps. We need simple, and we need FAST. Which is why I’ve collected some amazing dinner ideas that can be on the table in 20 minutes or less. Yep, that’s all it takes!

You’ll find lots of variety in this collection including soups, salads, pastas, pizza and more. Every one of these simple dinners will satisfy your entire family without taking up too much of your precious time.

  1. Your timing is impeccable as always! I’ve been getting a bit weary of our same old dinner routine (salmon, taco salads, salads with chix, soup and veggies, rinse and repeat!)…and now I have a bevy of new quick n’ easy dinners to try my hand at. That ground beef and cabbage stir fry looks right up my alley. Thanks, girl. Pinning it stat!
