Slow-Cooker Hot Cocoa

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups whipping cream
  • 1 14oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 6 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 1/2 cups of chocolate chips—half milk chocolate, half semi sweet

Instructions

  1. Stir ingredients together in the crockpot
  2. Cover and cook on low for 2 hours or until chocolate is melted
