  • 23 mashed bananas
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 8 oz. chocolate chips


  1. Mix together mashed bananas, eggs, oil, and vanilla.
  2. Add sugar, then flour and baking soda.
  3. Fold in chocolate chips.
  4. Fill paper-lined muffin cups 3/4 full.
  5. Bake for 18 minutes at 350 degrees or until slightly brown or golden.
