Welcome Home Chocolate Chip Muffins

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup sour cream {8 oz}
  • 5 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 3/4 tsp baking soda
  • 3/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Combine wet ingredients in one bowl and dry ingredients in another.
  2. Stir together dry ingredients and wet until just blended. Fold in chocolate chips.
  3. Fill paper-lined muffin cups 3/4 full.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 18-20 minutes until muffins test done. Cool for 10 min, then remove from pan to wire rack to cool completely.
