The official first day of Fall might be late September, but according to me, it’s the exact moment apples are ready to be picked!
I LOVE making everything and anything with apples—my apple crisp being by far, my absolute favorite. But today, I’m recreating that caramel dip you can usually buy in the store, except this time, it’s a healthier, skinnier version.
I know that face you just made…healthy, really?
Trust me, this dip is insanely good!! It’s also one of those treats you can bring to parties and Fall festivals and not feel guilty going back for another bite. The best part? It comes together in just five minutes.
How to Make Skinny Caramel Apple Dip:
Step 1: In a small bowl, stir together plain Greek yogurt, caramel topping, and table salt.
Step 2: Serve with fruit.
See….I told you it was easy!

The Greek yogurt gives this dip a tang that pairs nicely with the sweetness of the fruit and caramel topping. And since it’s not a straight shot of caramel, you get less calories AND sugar. Yay for smart choices!
