If you want to get organized, be more productive, or simply make life just a little bit easier easier, here are five essential habits that I try to do every day. 

They make a big difference in how you feel!

1️⃣ Make your bed (this sets up your entire day for success)

2️⃣ Dress for the day you want to have 

3️⃣ Practice 15-20 minutes of movement (a quick walk is fine!)

4️⃣ Complete a 10-minute tidy to stay on top of clutter

5️⃣ Write down three things you’re thankful for

Whenever I feel meh, it’s usually because I haven’t prioritized my daily habits. Your essentials could be completely different, but this is a good starting point if you need inspiration!
