75 Mindfulness Gratitude Quotes to Make Your Day Better

Sometimes, we treat gratitude like that special outfit reserved for holiday gatherings, bringing it out only for November.

Despite our good intentions, the chaos of daily life can quickly overwhelm our resolve to practice more mindfulness and gratitude in the coming months. And soon daily expressions of appreciation and thanks for little things slip away once again.

I’m certainly guilty of letting that happen!

Yet, with each passing year, I realize how vital intentional gratitude and daily mindfulness practice is.

It’s not just a November thing for me; it’s something I need woven into every day, whether hectic or calm. Gratitude offers a much-needed perspective, keeping me grounded in what truly matters so I don’t spiral into the comparison trap of longing for what someone else has while neglecting to see the beauty in my own life.

Over the years I’ve curated a few tools like a gratitude journal to make these powerful practices easier to maintain.

From jotting down mindfulness gratitude quotes that resonate so I can look back on them on a hard day, to just creating pockets of time where I can slow down and be aware of the good things in my day, every day, these simple habits have truly transformed my life in so many ways.

Creating a gratitude practice has also improved my mental health. In fact, it is part of a series of mini habits that I started focusing on several years ago. I wanted to focus on one, small and attainable habit at a time instead of creating bigger, more overwhelming goals that I was sure to fail.

Side Note: I later realized that my goals weren’t the problem, it was the method I used to achieve them. This Six-Week Sprint framework made all the difference.

So if you are struggling to create a habit of being thankful on purpose, and need a little help getting your focus back, these inspirational gratitude and mindfulness quotes are curated just for you to bring you peace of mind.
